Carmen is now wreaking havoc on television sets across the country in the Emmy Award-winning geography series "Where in the World is Carmen Sandiego?" and 3BALL is teaming up with Acme Crimenet to find her! Each individual member of 3BALL will use their knowledge of geography to track Carmen Sandiego and one of her henchmen around the world. Donned in flashy costumes, 3BALL joins forces with the up-beat musical stylings of Rockapella, resulting in an overall fresh approach to children's educational programming. "Okay Gumshoes, let's catch Carmen!" beamed Acme's high-spirited and equally well costumed special agent in charge of training. Impounding Carmen and her gang of thugs is necessary before 3BALL's plan of world domination can shift into the second of its three phases in January of 1997.
